About the Keynote Speaker:
- Alex M. Dascalu, Lead Director at Founder Institute Eastern Europe - A global mentor and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience, he serves as the Lead Director and Global Team Advanced Leader at Founder Institute, the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator. He has helped launch 64 startups across 180 global programs, fostering some of the most gender-diverse portfolios and earning the Startup Visionary Award in 2018. With a Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA and expertise in digital transformation, smart cities, IoT, AI, and NLP, he advises startups and serves as a strategic advisor to a Big Four firm. He also coaches entrepreneurs on the TV show Imperiul Leilor (Dragons' Den/Shark Tank), empowering founders to create impactful, sustainable businesses.
