Join the Founder Institute Australia & New Zealand portfolio startup showcase, to see an inspiring keynote by Simone Joyce and a few debut presentations from our new Australian & Kiwi startups. Learn about some of the startup companies that will go onto seed-accelerators, raise funding, and build the next great ANZ startups. There will also be an opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs and celebrate the new founders. Simone Joyce is the global CEO & co-founder of Paypa Plane which powers commercial, operational & competitive payment strategies for business or institutional banks. Simone is also the Chairperson of Fintech Australia.
Graduation Keynote Address:
- Simone Joyce, CEO & co-founder of Paypa Plane: Chairperson of Fintech Australia and sits on multiple advisory groups for Australian payments regulatory bodies and payment associations and is frequently called to comment on policy and regulatory developments. Founded in 2018, today Paypa Plane counts Australia’s largest banks and global brands like Mastercard amongst its shareholders. Paypa Plane has been instrumental in driving their banking clients’ adoption and commercialisation of Australia’s real-time request-to-pay. Positioned to do the same for clients in the US, Fintech Award (2020) and the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Global Entrepreneur Grant (2019).
