Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) have a fast growing startup ecosystem, and entrepreneurs here are lucky to have so many resources available to help them in their journey. However, many people don't know about all of the resources available, the differences between them, or what resources are right for them. At this online and interactive event, we will gather representatives from different entrepreneurial organizations from Central and Eastern Europe , to outline the local resources and provide tips on how to build a startup in CEE.

About the Ecosystem Organizations:

SMOK Ventures: Invests in early-stage startups in CEE. Their primary focus is software and game dev. They love to work with serial entrepreneurs with a global vision who aim to build leaders in their industries.
MIT Enterprise Forum CEE: Supports the development of innovative tech startups within Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and is a member organization of MITEF, a global organization of dedicated professionals with local chapters around the world that are affiliated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), through MIT Technology Review.
Swisscontact: Promotes inclusive economic, social, and ecological development to make an effective contribution toward sustainable and widespread prosperity in developing and emerging economies. Swisscontact is the foundation of the Swiss economy for the implementation of international development projects.
TechAngels: The group has two main directives: to educate and support young entrepreneurs through investments, access to acceleration programs and a sum of various other resources needed to grow their business, and to encourage potential business angels to take their first steps in this area of expertise.
Puzl CowOrKing: Creates beautiful shared offices for IT companies. Get the productive environment and community support needed to grow your business. They unite the key players in the IT industry (startups, investors, service providers, freelancers) in an efficient and supportive community. Based out of Sofia, Bulgaria since 2015 and launching in Budapest, Hunagry next.
