Kelsey Aina - Senior Head of Startup Partnerships, HubSpot for Startups: Kelsey got her start working in the nonprofit world with organizations such as Teach For America and City Year, where she launched a new startup program each year and built out a self-sustaining infrastructure. Kelsey began working in the travel industry, where she helped create scalable sales, marketing, and project management systems which enabled the organization she worked for to expand its brand multinationally. From there, she launched her own startup, opening 2 brick and mortar plant-based juice bar cafes in the Boston area. She is passionate about helping startups grow and scale and now leads the HubSpot for Startups Team across the Americas provide coaching and guidance to founders and provides scholarships to qualifying startups through her work with the HubSpot For Startups Program.
