  • Fion Lee-Madan - Co-Founder & COO at Fairly AI - Fion is the technical co-founder of Fairly AI, an award-winning pioneer in AI Governance recognized by industry analysts such as IDC and Gartner. Fairly's platform accelerates the adoption of AI technologies by ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of compliance and risk management. She spent the last 2 decades building software in high tech industries and has been named as one of the best executives in Canada by the Globe and Mail.   • Sunil Sharma - Managing Director at Founder Institute Toronto -  A seasoned entrepreneur and venture investor, Sunil is the Managing Director of Techstars Toronto, where he has led over 100 direct investments across 16 countries, achieving 8 successful exits. He is also a 16-time director of the Founder Institute Toronto and Waterloo, having supported more than 200 startups and overseeing the largest active startup portfolio in Canada. Additionally, Sunil is the Managing Partner at Feedback, a founding partner of SuperAdvisors, and co-host of the Collision Conference, one of the world’s largest entrepreneurial events.   • Ignacio Castro - Managing Director at Founder Institute Boston - A seasoned entrepreneurial technology professional, he has a proven track record of delivering complex project portfolios for global organizations, working closely with senior executives in the US, Spain, and Latin America. As a versatile business executive, he excels in driving results through constant communication, challenging the status quo, and motivating teams. With extensive experience navigating tight budgets, shifting priorities, and high stakeholder expectations in regulated industries, he is also a seasoned software development leader, adept at optimizing the SDLC with both traditional and agile methodologies.
