Join us for a call with our partner Spicer Jeffries LLP. During this interactive session, we will introduce you to the yearly tax process for VC managers. Those of you who are new to the process as well as anyone who could use a refresher are strongly encouraged to participate. You will learn about some of the filings you will be making (1065, K-1s, etc.) and how to handle foreign LPs among other subjects.
