About Martín Martinez:
Martín Martinez is the Founding and Executive Director of the Founder Institute in Texas, the world’s most proven network to turn ideas into fundable startups, and startups into global businesses, helping over 7,500 companies across 6 continents build businesses since 2009.
Since 2017, Martín has overseen events, operations, partnerships, and graduate success across chapters in the Lone Star State with programs in Austin, Dallas, and Houston. In that span, the program has launched 150 companies statewide, with top portfolio companies raising over $25 million dollars in funding.
A serial entrepreneur, he spends time working with startup founders, speaking at and hosting major events and conferences as the General Partner of AM Advisory Group. He also serves on boards for multiple entrepreneurship programs, including the University of Southern California, the Cambridge University, and the University of Texas at Austin. He's founded and exited 3 companies, produced high-profile events across the country in multiple industries, and serves as an advisor to the South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference and Music Festival.
