Decile Launch provides turnkey strategic business advice, legal work and accounting support to launch, form and close a top decile venture capital fund. The program currently supports formation in the top two domiciles worldwide, the United States and Canada, which covers the entire world.

The goal of the program is to ensure long-term firm success by setting everything up correctly. The program also helps managers avoid many fiduciary mistakes and operational oversights that happen when using separate vendors, where conflicting advice can come from lawyers, accountants and other vendors.

Decile Launch starts with a two-month structured curriculum to build momentum with your investors, form the entities, establish the bank accounts and close on capital. A multidisciplinary team of experts in fund administration, accounting and strategic business support are assigned to your account, are available on Slack and host regular office hours with you.
