Decile Launch provides turnkey strategic business advice, legal work, and accounting support to launch, form and close a top-performing venture capital fund. The program currently supports formation in the United States and Canada.

Our goal is to ensure long-term firm success by setting everything up correctly and supporting your firm through every growth stage. Decile Launch also helps managers avoid fiduciary mistakes and operational oversights when using separate vendors. Conflicting advice from lawyers, accountants, and other vendors often leads to errors, costly omissions, and lost time.

Decile Launch starts with a two-month structured curriculum to build momentum with your investors, form the entities, establish the bank accounts, and close on capital. Your firm is assigned a multidisciplinary team of fund administration, accounting, and strategic business support experts. The team is available on Slack and hosts regular office hours with you.
