All registered participants will receive an email with details on how to join our team formation platform before May 26.

You’ll have two chances to find your crew:

Round 1: May 26 – June 1
Round 2: June 3 – June 8

🛏️ Accommodations

Please note: This is not an overnight event. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations.
The venue will close at 10:00 PM after Day 1 and reopen at 9:00 AM on Day 2.
