This intensive 2-day bootcamp contains live workshops, assignments, and networking opportunities with your cohort.
This session covers the vital topics pertinent to fundraising. You will learn how to legally structure your funding round. We will train you to calculate founder dilution and navigate cap table changes. You will also build a financial model that resonates with your round's required money. Lastly, we will unravel different startup valuation techniques.
This session is the 'hands-on' component of the bootcamp. Participants can discuss what they have learned, receive feedback from the instructor on their assignment, and network with their peers.

Yes! Founder Institute Alum will have free access to all of the educational videos, resources, and assignments from this (and any future) Founder Institute Bootcamp. All of the content will be collected and shared with Alumni within a few weeks after the conclusion of the Bootcamp, since our team will need to review the videos and remove any potentially confidential/ sensitive information prior to sharing.
