Founder Institute instructors have built and run startup accelerators across 6 continents.
This 5-week program is designed to help you improve your incubator or accelerator in the shortest amount of time possible. Each week includes a live workshop, office hours, incubator-building exercises, and networking opportunities.
An incubators's success depends on its ability to attract and properly evaluate deal flow. In this opening session, we will share frameworks that FI has used to attract over 100,000 applicants, and find opportunities in your existing strategies for improvement.
Good incubators and accelerators are 100% designed to get their startups to the next major milestone in their growth journey. In this session, we'll dive deep into the latest methodologies and trends in startup incubation and acceleration, and outline strategies for mentoring, mentor management, and more.
It 'takes a village' to raise a startup, and it is an incubator's job to build and maintain this 'village'. This week will focus on building an enduring community for your incubator or accelerator, with a focus on actionable strategies to engage and leverage partnerships with various ecosystem stakeholders.
After your program concludes, an incubator's role doesn't end. It takes 5-10 years for a startup to exit, so a full life-cycle support system is needed. In this final session, you will work with our instructors to design a post-program support system that drives long-term results.
Your experience at the Startup Portugal Incubator Lab bootcamp will culminate in a closing feedback session to summarize your learnings and share your feedback. We will invite incubator and accelerator managers from Portugal to share their success stories, insights and challenges from working in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Portugal.
Our help does not end after the last session. All Graduates get Office Hours with an instructor to review and evaluate the work they completed in the program, and get access to exclusive networking opportunities and benefits.
This a bootcamp exclusively for incubators and accelerators from Portugal. We encourage you to carefully read the bootcamp schedule and details and:
