Since launching in Montreal earlier in 2014, the Founder Institute has helped launch over twenty companies in the region, including some of Canada's fast-rising startups like HeddokoHyksoLogrrMakerBloks, Unito, Crema and more.

Earlier next year, three promising and innovative companies coming from the Montreal Founder Institute will be showcasing and participating at CES 2016 in Las VegasEach of these Founders has learned much during their time with the Founder Institute and demonstrated the high level of passion, perseverance, and creativity it takes to build a meaningful and enduring company.

Logrr is an Identity as a Service platform for corporations that does not use password 

Makerbloks, Founder François Poirier

Makerbloks are small, reactive building blocks that allow anyone to learn and build electronic circuits without any technical background.

Heddoko, Founder Mazen Elbawab

Heddoko is the world's first smart compression suit that tracks full-body movement in 3D and gives you live coaching feedback


Two of those companies, Makerbloks and Logrr, have also received training and mentoring from Techstars pre-accelerator program "Startup Next", which is a program runing in 40 cities world-wide. Being recognized as the most innovative companies in the global Startup Next networkTechstars has invited them to attend CES 2016 by covering their expenses.
