Our programs map to a four-stage pathway from idea to funded company. Stage 1 — Startup Ideation Bootcamp is a 4-week program that takes aspiring entrepreneurs from a blank canvas to a validated business idea. Stage 2 — Vibe Coding Bootcamp is a 2-week AI-native sprint where validated ideas become working MVPs. Stage 3 — FI Core Program is a 10-week structured accelerator (compressed from 14 weeks with AI-native tooling) that takes founders from MVP to fundable business. Stage 4 — Capital handoff plugs graduated companies into the grants, SSBCI funds, or VC programs you already control. For multi-hub partners, our Accelerator Lab — Train-the-Trainer + License trains your local team to run the entire pathway independently using FounderGen. All programs are equity free, can be delivered online, in person, or hybrid, and come with built-in impact tracking.

It identifies entrepreneurial traits at a population level, meaning you can screen your entire workforce, university graduates, or community members to find people with high potential who may never have considered starting a business.
