Serge Kruppa - Director of Engineering, VoIP and Latin America at LiveVox, a leading provider of cloud contact center solutions headquartered in San Francisco. Prior to joining LiveVox, Serge was co-founder and CTO of Peerant, a peer-to-peer contact center startup based in Silicon Valley. That venture was spun-off from Simitel, a successful IVR and speech recognition solutions provider which Serge co-founded in 2001. As CTO of Simitel, Serge was a frequent speaker at Astricon conferences worldwide and also won the Intel prize for a Competitive Mexico in 2004. He pitched in events like the O'Reilly Emerging Telephony Launchpad held in the Bay Area and was a mentor for Endeavor Mexico.
Conrad Egusa - The founder of El Espacio, the top co-working space in Medellín. He has consulted for global brands (Intercontinental Hotels Group), leading internet businesses (Eyeglasses.com), consulting firms (Stacyblackman.com), and Y Combinator startups. His background is entrepreneurial, having founded the company 2minuteGMAT, which is a GMAT prep company, and having earlier founded CampusKiwi, which was an angel investor backed startup. Conrad was formerly a writer at VentureBeat, and has contributed articles to the New York Times.
