The New York Founder Institute is Now Accepting Applications for the Spring 2013 Semester

Posted by Jonathan Greechan on 2013-02-06

The Founder Institute, the world's largest startup accelerator, is now accepting applications for the New York Spring Semester. Since launching in New York in 2009, the Founder Institute has helped launch over 50 companies and excited to launch many more.

If you could benefit from expert training and advice to launch a technology startup in New York, click here to apply today. The program is open to existing and prospective technology founders of all kinds – with or without an idea, young or old, and with a full-time job or unemployed. Those who apply by the Early Application Deadline (Feb 24th) will have their application fees waived (typically $50) and are eligible for Founder Institute Fellowships

The Founder Institute is an early-stage startup accelerator and global launch network that, in just three years of operation, has helped launch over 750 companies across 40 cities and five continents. Through our part-time four month program, existing and prospective founders can launch their dream company with expert training, feedback, and support from experienced startup CEOs - while not being required to quit their day job. Our unique Graduate Liquidity Pool also enables graduates and mentors to share in the equity upside of each class, creating strong teamwork-based startup ecosystems where great companies can flourish. We call it "Globalizing Silicon Valley."

The 4-month program will be meeting on Wednesday nights from March 20th to July 10th, and will be led by Gabe Zichermann (Editor of Gamification.CO) and Bryan Janeczko (Founder of Wicked Start). During these four months, founders will learn how to evaluate their market, build a team, raise capital, and finally, launch a technology startup. Click here to see the full curriculum and start your journey with us today.

The program is open to existing and prospective technology founders of all kinds - with or without an idea, young or old, and with a full-time job or unemployed.

We hope you will join us in New York and launch a company in 2013.
