The Institute wants prospective applicants to see inside the program, so we posted a popular talk given by Aaron Patzer, CEO of Mint. Here is another popular talk by Munjal Shah, CEO of Like.com, on the topic of Revenue.

Munjal's explanation of symmetric versus asymmetic models helped Founders understand their business positioning more clearly. The concept of simplifying the "steps to revenue" helped Founders create more realistic revenue plans. The video and PowerPoint are below:
