Earlier this month, Adeo Ressi sat down with Jason Calacanis of This Week in Startups to discuss the Founder Institute's unique method of measuring entrepreneurial success, and how his four year old company has managed to become the world's largest early-stage startup accelerator.

During their candid interview, Adeo explains how the Founder Institute is able to determine the success of any one person with over 85% accuracy. He says, throughout the Institute’s four years in operation, FI has gathered enough data to make surprisingly accurate evaluations of everyone involved in the Institute, including applicants, graduates, and even regional directors. One of the big finds; "attributes of successful entrepreneurs are more genetic than circumstantial", says Ressi, particularly one’s ability to adapt to new situations.
