Leadership Lab is a virtual Founder Institute post-graduate program where we help founders understand how to better lead their company and their teams, with a focus on building more effective boards, and developing personal leadership skills. Leadership Lab is free and only available to Graduates of the Founder Institute program who have launched their companies and raised funding.
Over the course of 10 weeks, we provide self-guided deliverables and weekly, virtual sessions with peers, facilitated by highly-experienced mentors. Founders can also schedule private sessions with a team of 4-5 mentors to further explore key questions.
Leadership Lab participants are required to dedicate 1-2 hours per week for 10 weeks.

The program is 10 weeks long with one hour session per week.
The program is free and exclusively for FI Alumni
All sessions take place online through zoom meetings with additional materials available online.
The program is conducted with the FI Portfolio Success team and leaders at the Entrelliance Foundation.
Entrelliance is a strategic partner working in collaboration with Founder Institute to support the global mission of FI. Entrelliance is able to offer extended leadership, board of directors and mentor training for free due to its non-profit status. Find out more at www.entrelliance.org
