Do you want to start your own technology company, but don't know where to begin? You are not alone. Every day millions of people go to jobs they don't enjoy, but few do something about it. At the "Employee to Entrepreneur" event, you can hear the stories, tips, and best practices of those who left their jobs to pursue their own startup company. Listen to the experiences of people just like you who have made the transition, and discuss any questions or concerns that you have. Afterwards, attendees will have an opportunity to network with other aspiring entrepreneurs and share their ideas for feedback.

  •  Ines Da Silva Costa - Founder of Omnia, a startup revolutionizing mental health support and individual growth within enterprises through AI, she has a background in biological engineering and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Her contributions to governance, processes, and operations have resulted in several awards and recognitions. After seven years of driving organizational change, she expanded her focus to personal transformation, founding ToW, a wellness brand that curates immersive experiences to promote holistic health, personal growth, and better interpersonal relationships. 
  • Renata Redondo Bonaldi -  Co-Founder & CEO at SleepUp, a digital Therapeutics IoT Platform offering personalized, clinically validated treatment, monitoring, and diagnostics for sleep disorders and neurological diseases - using proprietary mobile software and an EEG headband. Renata is a passionate entrepreneur driven to create positive change through science, innovation, and accessible healthcare. With more than 18 years of academic and industry experience, Renata’s work spans intelligent textiles, wearables, R&D, product development, IP, open innovation, and new business development.

  •  Martín Martinez -  Advisor, Host & Speaker, and Executive Producer, he is a 20-year event producer and public speaker with the soul of an entrepreneur.
