Founder Institute, girişimcilerin çekirdek fikirden hasılat modeline kadar şirketlerinin her yönünü ayrıntılı olarak düşünmesine katkıda bulunmak için haftalık şirket kurma oturumları düzenler. Her haftalık oturum, konuyla ilgili benzersiz ve çoğu zaman da farklı fikirlerini paylaşan üç kurucu CEO Mentor tarafından yönlendirilir. Katılımcı Kuruculara, Çalışma Gruplarında eşdüzeyleriyle birlikte yapılan oturumlar arasında şirketlerinin temel yönlerini inşa etmeleri için görevler verilir.
