The Final Application Deadline for the Dilution & Valuation Bootcamp Cohort 1 program is Jul 16, 2023, and you can apply to the program at FI.co/join.
This session covers the vital topics pertinent to fundraising. You will learn how to legally structure your funding round. We will train you to calculate founder dilution and navigate cap table changes. You will also build a financial model that resonates with your round's required money. Lastly, we will unravel different startup valuation techniques.
This session is the 'hands-on' component of the bootcamp. Participants can discuss what they have learned, receive feedback from the instructor on their assignment, and network with their peers.
