At the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Founder Institute described it's plan to help launch companies that create over 20,000 new jobs per year by 2020.

Today we have some exciting news to share.
With the recent graduations of the Summer 2013 Semesters, we have just eclipsed 1000 companies launched.
This past weekend, we announced that the Founder Institute has surpassed 1000 graduate companies (the story was covered by Anthony Ha on TechCrunch here).

We have great news for aspiring entrepreneurs in Germany.
Today the Founder Institute, the world’s largest startup accelerator with over 900 graduate companies, is announcing its official launch in Munich, Germany! With locations now running in both Munich and Berlin, the Founder Institute aims to launch over 40 meaningful and enduring technology companies per year in Germany.
