Jay Samit is one of the world's most successful digital media innovators. Throughout his career he has pioneered advancements in music and video distribution, social media and ecommerce. Currently the president of ooVoo, Samit has also worked with major media companies like Sony, Capitol Records, Universal Studios, and Jasmine Multimedia Publishing, which he founded in the early 1980s. He has been called the “guru for the entire industry” by Variety and the “guy with the coolest job in the industry”, according to Wired.
