The Startup League is a unique initiative providing marketing support to promising and disruptive startups from The Founder Institute. Benefits include Event Sponsorship, Media mentions, VIP access to high valued domains and more!

Marketing is ancillary to the core functions of any startup. If done right, at each stage marketing helps you differently; from discovering the right employees, investors, business partners and ultimately, helping your startup scale up and take off!

However, when funds are short and product development is top priority, marketing is often side-lined. A start up booth ticket at a tech conference itself can cost upwards of $2000, not taking into account additional expenditure.

The Startup League works to ease your marketing expenses by giving you event sponsorships and also visibility through significant marketing support giving you get a head-start with your awesome new idea! This of course, adds to the support The Founder Institute offers to startups in terms of regular meet ups, podcasts and other programs that help elevate a startup's presence in the global ecosystem.

Let’s Talk Benefits!

Members of the Startup League can get at least a 25% sponsorship on their startup booth fees at leading tech events and conferences from across the globe such as, TechCrunch Disrupt, WebSummit, RISE, Collision, Slush etc.

Apart from this, they get VIP domain name access, a marketing and PR push in sponsored press releases, branded goodies like T-shirts and stationery, and much more.

All of this, free of any membership fees or hidden costs, courtesy us!

Who Will Make the Cut?

There is just one eligibility criteria to the League - to become a member, the applying startup must have an active, official website on any of Radix’s domain extensions, which are, .TECH .STORE .SPACE .ONLINE .HOST .SITE .WEBSITE and .PRESS.

Don’t have a Radix domain name yet? No worries. We’re offering a free domain name on any of our extensions to all startups applying via the The Founder Institute!

Why Are We Doing This?

We believe that the right and relevant name to a startup (and product) is the first step towards effective marketing. We’re also big fans of innovation, hell, that’s why we are in the business of changing the way the internet names itself!

Thus, we really think that startups who take the unconventional route of naming themselves on one of our relevant, new domain names deserve a shout-out, and Startup League is our way of doing this.

Budgets look a little too tight to book a booth at the next tech conference? We’ll sponsor 25% of it. Don’t have the right contacts with online publications? We’ll get articles published about you. We’ll also manufacture branded goodies and even make custom marketing campaigns to suit your need, just give us a reach out and we’re at your disposal!

Why New Domain Extensions?

With a great domain, comes great marketability!

The naming and positioning of a company defines its future, and having a smart and innovative domain extension that speaks multitudes for your company and its business even before you do, helps.

New domain extensions like the ones listed above, give a startup a way out of the quagmire that ensues settling for a mediocre name on a meaningless extension. These extensions give a brand the opportunity to stick with the product name that defines it, and a memorable extension that will resonate with its customers, thus helping it overcome the problem of naming and positioning.

Are These New Domain Extensions Popular?

Yes!

New domain extensions are the new identities for a plethora of startups. With these, there is now no need to misspell the name of your product nor pay-out a significant part of your marketing budget to get a .com domain from a greedy domain name reseller.

New domains are being adopted by not just early stage startups but also big technology brands who are moving ahead radically to adopt new domains that add more meaning and purpose to their online presence.

A case-in point is the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which migrated to CES.TECH  earlier this year, hence enhancing their online identity. This is what Jeff Joseph, SVP, Communications and Strategic Relationships, Consumer Technology Association (parent company of CES) had to say

"We stand for innovation and the difference made possible by technology. The Consumer Electronics Show is well-known as the world's foremost innovation event and we're happy to have settled for a domain that's more relatable and that conveys what we stand for in a succinct way"

The website UMCOMPLICATE.ONLINE is a good showcase of few startups that have adopted new domain extensions, and very proudly so!

The Party’s Already Started!
