In this talk from the Chicago Founder Institute, Ted Greene explains how to establish your company’s revenue model. He advises founders to keep it simple and to remember that “ideas don’t mean anything until you build a financial model - that's when the rubber meets the road.” Greene also stresses the importance of benchmarks and being well versed with the numbers in your market.
