A startup is a network of human relationships, often centered around the relationship between Co-Founders. As Misha Chellam explains in the video below, several themes are often common at the start of lasting human relationships, including vulnerability, social proof, and a shared worldview.

Misha is the co-founder of Tradecraft, a full time, in-person immersive training program for people who want to become either a ux designer, growth hacker, or sales and business development professional. He previously launched and ran the Founder Institute in Brussels, Belgium, was the business guy at a payment technology startup, and started and sold a commercial real estate company.

In this talk from the Silicon Valley Founder Institute, Misha shares the stories of his successful human relationships, discusses approaches to "earning" a technical co-founder, and explains the topgrading methodology for hiring employees.
