Ron Palmeri is the co-founder of Prism Skylabs - which is working to bring physical spaces online. Ron also launched a number of highly innovative companies, including Grand Central/Google Voice, OpenDNS, Scout Labs, and Swivel as co-founder and Managing Director of Minor Ventures.

In this talk from the Silicon Valley Founder Institute, Ron gives a high level overview of how he developed innovative products with his past companies. He explains conceptualizing a product and aligning it with the market, a metrics driven development approach, and the importance of validating product concepts with little resources.
