The Founder Institute is excited to announce that the Final Application Deadline for the Silicon Valley semester has been extended till Sunday, March 30th. The deadline for this special semester, which will be co-lead by Founder Institute CEO Adeo Ressi and features some of the top-rated mentors in the world, was extended in honor of the exciting "Elevator Pitch to Adeo Ressi" event taking place this week in Santa Clara.
To join the exclusive Silicon Valley Autumn 2014 (Configuration) Semester, you must complete an application by this Sunday (2014-10-26).
In the Founder Institute's four-month, part-time program, promising startup entrepreneurs “learn by doing” and launch a company through structured training courses, practical business-building assignments, and expert feedback from a large network of business mentors. Plus, aspiring founders are not required to quit their day job to participate, so they can begin building a business around their ideas without putting their livelihood at risk.
In only 5 years of operation, over 1,230 graduate companies across 66 cities have used the Founder Institute to validate their idea, develop their plans, refine their product, build an advisory board, prepare for seed funding, and more.
The Bay Area Chapter will begin 2014-11-12, and will be co-led by Adeo Ressi, an eight-time entrepreneur who has created $2 billion in shareholder value and his previous Silicon Valley semesters have spawned great companies like Udemy, Retailigence, Cake Health, Getable, Breezy, Shopalize, Skimble, Yumvy, Zirtual, Spikes, and many more. During the semester, Adeo will host recurring one-on-one Office Hours with Founders, providing insight and feedback to help them build meaningful and enduring companies.
In addition, participants in Bay Area will receive expert training and feedback from an impressive list of mentors, including;
- Adeo Ressi: Founder/CEO, Founder Institute
- Benjamin Young: CEO, Nexercise
- Jacquelyn Kung: Co-Founder, ClearCare
