For those tired of the hassle of searching for the perfect shoe size, Feetz may have created a solution with 3-D printed shoes. The story was covered on CNBC by Cadie Thompson

Lucy Beard, the Founder and CEO of Feetz, is a Graduate of the San Diego Founder Institute.

Despite being currently in the testing stage, the company expects to begin taking orders by the end of the year. The process entails customers taking three pictures of each foot from different angles and sending the images to Feetz, who then enters the images into specialized software that allows a shoe for each foot to be printed. The customer would then receive the finished product within about seven days. Currently, material is limited to a rubber-like substance, but within the next two years Feetz expects to offer more options, allowing for more designs.

If you want to be an early beta tester or just stay informed on Feetz as they head towards their launch, be sure to check out their official website.
