Charlie Kim is the CEO and Founder of Next Jump ,a company that manages Employee Rewards programs for 70% of the Fortune 1000 companies. Next Jump works with 90,000 companies covering 100mm+ users globally. With a serious focus on self improvement and intrinsic culture, the company’s motto is ‘Better you + better me = better us’.

Lastly, Charlie discusses the motivation behind starting a company in the first place. If money is your ultimate goal, consider a career elsewhere.
